Payment Information

Last updated: November 2025

Slow Morocco accepts secure payments for confirmed bookings through PayPal and bank transfer. Every payment is acknowledged in writing, and your booking becomes valid only once payment has been received according to the agreed schedule.

1. Payment Options

a. PayPal
For clients abroad, PayPal offers the fastest and most secure method of payment.
You may pay directly via your PayPal account or using a credit/debit card through PayPal’s interface, even if you do not have an account.
All PayPal transactions are processed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) or euros (EUR) depending on your invoice. Transaction fees, if any, are indicated in advance and added to the total amount due.

b. Bank Transfer
We also accept direct bank transfers to our Moroccan business account.
Full bank details will be provided in your booking confirmation.
Please ensure that:

  • The transfer is made in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) or euros (EUR), as specified.

  • All international transfer fees are covered by the sender.

  • A copy of the transfer receipt is emailed to us to confirm your payment.

Once funds are received, we will issue a written payment confirmation and update your booking status to confirmed.

2. Deposit and Balance

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due by the date stated on your invoice.
Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation according to our Refund Policy.

3. Currency and Exchange

Prices are quoted in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise specified.
Converted amounts shown in other currencies are for reference only; the final charge depends on your bank or PayPal exchange rate at the time of payment.

4. Payment Security

Slow Morocco never stores or processes your card details directly.
All PayPal payments are handled through their encrypted and verified systems. Bank details are shared only via secure written correspondence and should never be sent through third parties or unofficial channels.

5. Receipts and Invoices

An official invoice or receipt will be issued for every transaction, detailing services booked, payment amounts, and applicable taxes if relevant.
