Cabo Negro

A cape on the Mediterranean coast 15 kilometres north of Tetouan, where the Rif Mountains meet the sea in a series of pine-forested headlands above clear water. The beach below the cape is one of the cleanest on the Moroccan Mediterranean — sheltered from the Atlantic swell, warm in summer, and entirely different in character from the Atlantic coast two hours west.
