Centre Hassan II des Rencontres Internationales

The cultural centre that hosts the annual Moussem Culturel — concerts, poetry readings, art exhibitions, and the political forum that has brought African and Arab heads of state to this small Atlantic town every summer since 1978. The centre is housed in a renovated medina building. Its existence in Asilah rather than Casablanca or Rabat is the point.
