Tamnougalt Village

The ksar village of Tamnougalt, 8 kilometres south of Agdz — one of the oldest continuously inhabited ksour in the Draa Valley, dating to the 16th century. The village is still lived in. The communal spaces, the mosque, the grain store, and the system of shared walls that make a ksar function as a collective defence are all intact and in use.
