Boulevard Pasteur

The spine of the Ville Nouvelle, built by the French during the International Zone period as the city's European face. Banks, consulates, the Grand Café de Paris, the Librairie des Colonnes — all on this boulevard. The terrace at the end of it looks down over the port to the strait. On a clear day you can see Tarifa.
