Agdal Gardens Rabat
The royal gardens south of Rabat's palace complex, irrigated by a system of channels fed from the Atlas foothills. Orange and olive orchards, a large ornamental pool, and the kind of agricultural silence that reminds you Morocco's royal gardens were always working estates first and pleasure grounds second. Open to the public on Fridays.
