Cathédrale Saint-Pierre

A French colonial cathedral built in 1921 in the heart of the Ville Nouvelle — Mauresque in style, with horseshoe arches and a minaret-shaped bell tower. One of the most architecturally honest buildings of the Protectorate period: a church that decided to look like Morocco rather than pretend it was in France.
