Souk Sebbaghine

The dyers' souk, where skeins of silk and wool hang to dry above the lane in curtains of crimson, saffron, and indigo. The dye vats below them are fed from the same water source as the Chouara tanneries. This is the market that made Fassi textiles famous across the medieval world.
