Agdal Gardens
The oldest royal garden in Morocco, first established by the Almohads in the 12th century and still enclosed within the royal walls. Pomegranate, olive, orange, and fig trees irrigated by a system of pools and channels that has functioned for nine centuries. Open to the public on Fridays and Sundays when the king is not in residence. A working orchard, not a park.
